Política de privacidad
Updated: 10/8/26
1. About This Policy
Cedar & Stone ("we" or "us") operates the website at https://mysignedcopy.com/ (the "Website"). This Privacy Policy sets out how we may collect and use your personally identifiable information through it.
The sections below open with the choices available to you and the protections that apply, then describe what we collect and why. If you are looking for something specific: your rights are in Section 2, California disclosures in Section 3, how long we hold information in Section 6, what we collect in Sections 8 through 12, and how to reach us in Section 18.
2. Your Rights and Choices
2.1 Making a request. We are committed to facilitating the exercise of your rights granted by the laws of your jurisdiction and to which we are subject, which may include the right to request the correction, modification or deletion of your personal information and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (as applicable). We will do our best to honor your requests subject to any legal and contractual obligations. If you would like to make a request, contact us at info@cspublishing.com.
2.2 Rights under local law. Subject to local law, you may have additional rights under the laws of your jurisdiction regarding your personal information, such as the right to complain to your local data protection authority and the right to appeal our decision regarding a data access request.
2.3 Stopping marketing email. Clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing message will take you off our electronic marketing list, or you can write to us at info@cspublishing.com. Certain non-marketing messages fall outside a general opt-out — among them messages about your subscriptions and transactions, disclosures we send to comply with legal requirements, and support-related information.
2.4 Seeing and correcting your details. Certain personal information tied to your use of the Website, your name and contact details among it, is available for you to review and change. Sign in to your account with your email address and password to reach your personal profile information and edit it.
3. California Disclosures
California "Shine the Light" Information-Sharing Disclosure: California residents may request a list of all third parties with respect to which we have disclosed any information about you for such third parties' direct marketing purposes and the categories of information disclosed. If you are a California resident and want such a list, please send us a written request by email to info@cspublishing.com with "California Shine The Light Rights" in the subject line.
California Do Not Track Disclosure: We do not respond to Do Not Track browser settings.
4. Children
The Website addresses a general audience and is not directed towards children. Information from users of our Website under the age of 18, and information about their internet usage, is not something we knowingly collect.
5. Text Messages
5.1 What you may receive. Your mobile number may be used to text you status updates on your orders and shipping information. Promotional texts may also reach you, depending on the preferences you indicate. How often messages arrive, and how many, will vary.
5.2 Your consent. Taking part is optional, and never a condition of purchase. By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive these communications, you are consenting to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in. While you consent to receive messages sent using an autodialer, the foregoing shall not be interpreted to suggest or imply that any or all of our mobile messages are sent using an automatic telephone dialing system ("ATDS" or "autodialer"). A confirmation message may follow your signup.
5.3 Stopping messages. Text "STOP" to cancel the messaging service, at any point. A message confirming that you have been unsubscribed may follow. In some cases, you may continue to receive service-related notifications.
5.4 What we do with messaging information. Where you opt in, the information you provide is used to transmit your mobile messages and to answer you where that is needed. Platform providers, phone companies, and other third-party service providers who help us deliver mobile messages receive information for that purpose. As with everything Cedar & Stone collects, we reserve the right at all times, to the extent permitted by law, to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.
6. How Long We Keep Your Information
Personal information stays with us for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes it was collected for and to meet our contractual and legal obligations. That covers information we need in order to comply with privacy requests, to manage active accounts, to satisfy the law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements. Copies may also be kept for disaster recovery, to prevent fraud or future abuse, or for our legitimate business purposes.
As a general matter we hold personal data for no longer than three years, measured from the end of our relationship or from your last contact with us, transactions included, unless local law requires otherwise. Longer periods apply in some circumstances — where legal, tax, and accounting requirements oblige us, for instance. In specific cases we may also hold data for a period matching the applicable statute of limitations, so that an accurate record of your dealings with us exists should a complaint or challenge arise.
Email addresses are an exception to the general rule above. We store them until the user asks to be unsubscribed.
7. How We Protect It
Reasonable administrative, physical, and technical precautions protect your personal information and the communications between us. Where required, or where we judge it appropriate and feasible in the circumstances, those precautions include encryption, along with written commitments from third parties that may have access to your information that they will protect it with reasonable safeguards.
No Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free, however. Absolute security of your information is not something we can guarantee, and processes and networks outside our control are not our responsibility. Users assume the risk of security breaches and the consequences resulting from them. Please take care in deciding what you send us by email or over the Internet.
8. Information You Give Us
Some information reaches us only because you choose to hand it over. Occasions where that happens include:
- Buying our products and services.
- Filling out a contact form.
- Setting up an account.
- Subscribing to our newsletter.
- Entering an online sweepstakes, contest, or game.
- Taking part in an online survey.
Across these, what we collect may include your name, your email address, your physical address, your phone number, and — where you are making a purchase — billing information and payment card details.
9. Cookies, Pixels, and Analytics
9.1 Cookies. One or more cookies go to your computer or other device when you visit our Website, and cookies may appear in emails you receive from us as well. A cookie is a small data file sent to your web browser and placed on your computer's hard drive when you access a website. Through cookies we can track activities including clicks, purchases, conversions, and devices. They let us improve the quality of our service when you visit our Website and other websites of interest to you, remind us who you are, tailor our products, services, and advertising to your personal interests and those of others, and analyze your visiting patterns.
9.2 Tracking pixels. Tracking pixels — also called clear GIFs or pixel tags, typically one-pixel clear images embedded on a page — may also be in use, whether on our site or in communications such as email messages. They help us verify when a particular page is viewed, when a message or ad is opened, when links are clicked and other content in a message is viewed, and where a click or view originated. What they collect serves the same purposes described above for cookies.
9.3 Advertising partners. Service providers and advertising partners we work with use cookies, tracking pixels, and other tools to collect information about your visits to our Website and your behavior while there. That information delivers targeted advertisements to you across the internet, based on how you use our Website. The Digital Advertising Alliance at aboutads.info/consumers has more on this practice.
9.4 Google Analytics. Google Analytics, a third-party web analytics service, helps us track and analyze use of our site and measure how effective our advertising, site content, and email communications are. Its cookies, tags, and tracking pixels help us understand how the site gets used. To opt out of this use by Google, click here.
9.5 Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising. We also partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising, which capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, so that we can improve and market our products and services. First and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies capture website usage data, showing which products, services, and online activity are popular. This information additionally serves site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising. The Microsoft Privacy Statement has more on how Microsoft collects and uses your data.
9.6 Social media pages. Pages we operate on third-party social media networks, and the social media icons on our Website, mean that when you visit or link to those pages, data is processed both by us and by the social media provider in question. Social media providers are unaffiliated with us, and their content and privacy practices are not our responsibility. Each maintains its own terms of use and privacy policies, and we encourage you to review those policies whenever you visit their websites or interact with their platforms.
10. Information From Your Mobile Device
Where a mobile device is what you use to visit, access, or use the Website, the additional categories of information we collect may include:
- The name associated with your mobile device
- The telephone number associated with your mobile device
- Your geolocation
- Your mobile device ID information
11. Information From Other Sources
Personal information we receive from you may be combined with personal information falling within one of the categories identified above that we obtain elsewhere, such as:
- Publicly available sources — government agencies, public records, social media platforms, and the like.
- Data providers, among them information services and data licensors.
- Service providers who perform services on our behalf, or who help us operate the Service or our business.
- Business transaction partners. Personal information may reach us in connection with an actual or prospective business transaction — from an entity we acquire or are acquired by, from a successor or assignee, or from any party involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, and in the context of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership.
- Third-party services you use to log into, or otherwise link to, your Cedar & Stone account. What arrives this way may include your username, profile picture, and other information associated with your account on that service, to the extent your settings there make it available to us.
12. Chat Support
Customer support is available through a chat feature, and using it is entirely your choice. Chat sessions are recorded, and both we and our chat service provider use them. Customer support through a chatbox or by email may now or in future rely on artificial intelligence and natural language processing to understand customer questions and automate responses to them, simulating human conversation. If these terms are not acceptable to you, please do not use the chat feature — contact us by email instead.
13. Why We Use Your Information
13.1 Our purposes. The personal information we collect serves the following purposes:
- Processing purchases and subscriptions, shipping products to you, and handling refunds.
- Sending you marketing communications.
- Filling employment positions.
- Presenting advertisements on third-party websites, which may be tailored to your interests.
- General business purposes — managing your relationship with us, answering enquiries and requests, and administration.
- Providing, maintaining, and protecting our Website, and assuring the integrity of our platform.
- Giving you the information you ask for.
- Communicating with you, status updates, transactional emails, and other service communications included.
- Contacting you for research purposes, among them inviting your participation in surveys.
- Monitoring how our Website performs and improving your experience of it.
- Meeting legal obligations and compliance requirements under applicable laws and regulations.
- Protecting and defending our rights and property, and those of our users.
- Any other purpose we tell you about at the point you give us information about yourself.
- Other legitimate business and lawful purposes.
13.2 Loyalty program. Cedar & Stone has implemented a loyalty program to reward customers who sign up for our email communications. We may adjust the terms of participation from time to time. Any discounts that are offered as a result of your subscribing for email communications are based upon our reasonable determination of the value that we receive from collecting and retaining personal information about you in connection with operating our business. The estimated value considers a variety of factors, including, without limitation, our expenses incurred in collecting and processing the information, our expenses incurred in providing rewards to you, and the estimated marginal increase in revenue that we may derive from information related to a specific loyalty program participant.
13.3 Your consent. From time to time we may obtain your written consent in electronic form, through online agreements or other acknowledgements on the Website, including for contemplated uses of your personal information that this Privacy Policy does not address. Please read all online agreements carefully before accepting them.
14. Who Receives Your Information
Your personal information may go to:
- Our current and future parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and other companies under common control and ownership.
- Third parties performing services on our behalf — among them our technology providers, payment processors, advertising providers, job hosting provider, and professional advisors.
- Anyone to whom disclosure is, in our good faith belief, necessary by law or the legal process, needed to protect and defend our interests or property or those of others, or needed to enforce agreements you enter into with us.
- A third party involved in any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer, liquidation or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock.
- Other third parties, where you consent — a contest sponsor, for instance.
- Third parties receiving aggregated and de-identified information, for analytical, research, or other similar purposes.
15. If You Are Outside the United States
Control and operation of the Website sit in the United States, and it is intended for and directed to users there. If you are an individual from the European Union, Canada, or any other jurisdiction whose laws or regulations on personal information collection, use, and disclosure differ from United States laws, please be aware that the information we collect may be stored in the United States. Visiting our Website or using our services means you consent to your information being transferred from your jurisdiction to the United States.
16. Links to Other Sites
Links to other websites may appear on our Website, for your convenience or information. Companies unaffiliated with us may operate those websites, and their content and privacy practices are not our responsibility. Linked websites may maintain terms of use and privacy policies of their own, and we encourage you to review those policies whenever you visit them.
17. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, without prior notice to you, to reflect changes in our information practices. Amendments apply both to information already collected and to information still to be collected. Continuing to use the Website or our services after a change indicates your agreement with the revised Privacy Policy. Please review it periodically, and especially before you give us personal information. The date of the last update appears at the top. Changes will also be communicated as applicable law requires.
