Bikes & Beards Motorcycle Sweepstakes — OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS NOT SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH HARLEY-DAVIDSON, HONDA, YAMAHA, OR ANY VEHICLE MANUFACTURER, OR WITH ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM.

SCAM ALERT: Protect yourself from scams. If you are selected as a potential winner, Sponsor will contact you using the phone number and/or email address provided on your entry or order form. You will never be asked to provide credit card or bank information, or to make any payment, as a condition of receiving a prize. Those are signs of a scam. Sponsor does not use social media to contact potential winners.

1. SPONSOR

This Bikes & Beards Motorcycle Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Cedar & Stone Publishing House, LLC, 3528 S Loop 336 E, Suite C, Conroe, TX 77301 (the “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is administered by Sponsor.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, members, contractors, and agents of the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotional agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to enter or win.

Entry does not require, and Sponsor will not request, proof of a motorcycle license, motorcycle endorsement, or insurance as a condition of entry. Any such proof is required only of the eventual winner, at the time of prize delivery, as described in Section 7. All decisions of Sponsor with respect to an entrant’s eligibility to enter, and the eligibility of any entry, are final and binding in all respects.

Void in New York, Florida, Michigan, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Residents of New York, Florida, Michigan, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and all other U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible to enter or win.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on August 7, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on November 30, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”), subject to the conditional prize thresholds and outside dates in Section 7. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are six (6) ways to obtain entries: five purchase tiers and one free method. A purchase does not improve an entrant’s chances of winning: the free method awards the same maximum number of entries (600) as the highest purchase tier.

(a) Free Method of Entry — Mail-In (No Purchase Necessary). During the Sweepstakes Period, hand-print on a postcard or 3×5 card your full name, complete mailing address, email address and/or telephone number, date of birth (or a statement that you are 18 or older), and the words “Bikes & Beards Motorcycle Sweepstakes.” Mail the card in a separate, hand-addressed envelope with your own first-class postage to: 3528 S Loop 336 E, Suite C, Conroe, TX 77301. Upon receipt of a valid, legible mail-in entry, you will receive six hundred (600) entries (each “Entry” being one chance in a drawing). Limit one (1) mail-in submission per envelope; mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or printed entries are not accepted. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2026 and received by December 8, 2026. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due mail.

(b) Purchase Method — Standard Unsigned Edition. During the Sweepstakes Period, purchase the Unsigned Edition of the book The Motorcycle Book by Sean Kerr at booksandbeards.com. Each qualifying Standard Unsigned Edition purchase automatically receives fifty (50) entries.

(c) Purchase Method — Signed Edition. During the Sweepstakes Period, purchase the Signed Edition of the book The Motorcycle Book by Sean Kerr at booksandbeards.com. Each qualifying Signed Edition purchase automatically receives one hundred fifty (150) entries.

(d) Purchase Method — Street Edition. During the Sweepstakes Period, purchase the Street Edition of the book The Motorcycle Book by Sean Kerr at booksandbeards.com. Each qualifying Street Edition purchase automatically receives four hundred (400) entries.

(e) Purchase Method — Leather Jacket Edition. During the Sweepstakes Period, purchase the Leather Jacket Edition of the book The Motorcycle Book by Sean Kerr at booksandbeards.com. Each qualifying Leather Jacket Edition purchase automatically receives six hundred (600) entries.

(f) Purchase Method — Digital Purchase Tier 1 (Digital Poster + Discount Code). During the Sweepstakes Period, purchase the Digital Purchase Tier 1 package at booksandbeards.com for $24.99. Each qualifying Tier 1 purchase includes one (1) digital poster and one (1) 10% discount code redeemable at mysignedcopy.com (no expiration date; no minimum order value), and automatically receives one hundred twenty-five (125) entries.

(g) Purchase Method — Digital Purchase Tier 2 (Digital Posters + Discount Code). During the Sweepstakes Period, purchase the Digital Purchase Tier 2 package at booksandbeards.com for $49.99. Each qualifying Tier 2 purchase includes four (4) digital posters and one (1) 15% discount code redeemable at mysignedcopy.com (no expiration date; no minimum order value), and automatically receives five hundred (500) entries.

Entries are non-transferable. Prize cap: no individual may win more than one (1) prize in this Sweepstakes. Use of any automated system, script, or service to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & ANTI-FRAUD

It is fraudulent to purchase a product for the purpose of obtaining entries with the intent to return or cancel that purchase after the Sweepstakes ends. If a qualifying purchase is returned, refunded, cancelled, or charged back at any time, the entries associated with that purchase will be void; if such entries are voided after a drawing in which the entrant was selected, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify the entrant and select an alternate. Because the free method confers the same maximum number of entries, an entrant whose purchase entries are voided may remain eligible through a valid free entry, if submitted. Sponsor may disqualify and permanently ban from all future Sponsor promotions any entrant it identifies or reasonably suspects of fraudulent activity in connection with the Sweepstakes, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies against any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. WINNER SELECTION, DRAWINGS & ODDS

This Sweepstakes has one (1) guaranteed prize and two (2) conditional prizes (see Section 7). All three prizes will be drawn in random drawings conducted on the same date, December 8, 2026, following the end of the Sweepstakes Period, from among all eligible entries received during the full Sweepstakes Period. Each entrant is eligible to win only one (1) prize in the Sweepstakes.

Guaranteed prize drawing (Prize 1). Prize 1 will be awarded regardless of total sales. The drawing for Prize 1 will be conducted on December 8, 2026, following the end of the Sweepstakes Period, from among all eligible entries received at any time during the full Sweepstakes Period. No purchase is necessary and a purchase will not improve any entrant's odds in any drawing.

Conditional prize drawings (Prizes 2 and 3). The drawing for Prize 2 will be conducted only if cumulative sales of the featured book made through booksandbeards.com reach 5,000 copies by the end of the Sweepstakes Period (November 30, 2026); the drawing for Prize 3 will be conducted only if such cumulative sales reach 7,500 copies by the end of the Sweepstakes Period (November 30, 2026). Only purchases of the featured book made directly through booksandbeards.com count toward these thresholds; purchases made through Amazon, retail stores, or any other channel do not count toward either threshold, regardless of when or where made. If a threshold is reached, the corresponding drawing will be conducted on December 8, 2026, together with the Prize 1 drawing. If a threshold is not reached by the end of the Sweepstakes Period, that prize will not be awarded to anyone, as disclosed in Section 7. THE DRAWING FOR PRIZE 2 WILL OCCUR ONLY IF CUMULATIVE SALES THROUGH BOOKSANDBEARDS.COM REACH 5,000 COPIES DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD, AND THE DRAWING FOR PRIZE 3 WILL OCCUR ONLY IF SUCH SALES REACH 7,500 COPIES DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD; IF THE APPLICABLE THRESHOLD IS NOT MET, THAT PRIZE WILL NOT BE AWARDED TO ANYONE. This contingency will be stated with the same prominence as the odds of winning for Prize 2 and Prize 3 wherever those odds are published.

The odds of winning any prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received as of the applicable drawing. Sponsor’s drawing method and results will be documented and retained.

7. PRIZES & SALES-BASED CONDITIONS

There are three (3) prizes, each consisting of one motorcycle and one accompanying cash prize awarded together as a single prize package. Each prize package is expressly defined below as either guaranteed or conditional on cumulative sales of the featured book made through booksandbeards.com. By entering, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that the conditional prizes will be awarded ONLY if the stated sales thresholds are met by the stated outside dates, and that if a threshold is not met, the corresponding prize package will not be awarded to anyone.

Prize 1 — GUARANTEED (awarded regardless of sales): One (1) 1990–1999 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy motorcycle (used condition), Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $10,000.00 (based on recent auction sales and current listing prices), plus a cash prize of $3,500.00, awarded together with the motorcycle as a single, indivisible prize package with a combined total value of $13,500.00. The cash and the motorcycle together constitute a single prize; they will not be split, and a winner may not elect to receive only one component. Prize 1 will be awarded to a randomly selected eligible entrant regardless of sales, and will be drawn on December 8, 2026 as described in Section 6.

Prize 2 — CONDITIONAL on 5,000 copies of the featured book sold through booksandbeards.com by November 30, 2026: One (1) 2006–2014 Yamaha Roadliner motorcycle (used condition), Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $5,000.00 (based on recent auction sales and current listing prices), plus a cash prize of $2,000.00, awarded together with the motorcycle as a single, indivisible prize package with a combined total value of $7,000.00. The cash and the motorcycle together constitute a single prize; they will not be split, and a winner may not elect to receive only one component. If the 5,000-copy threshold is not met by the outside date, Prize 2 will not be awarded to anyone.

Prize 3 — CONDITIONAL on 7,500 copies of the featured book sold through booksandbeards.com by November 30, 2026: One (1) 1986 Honda Z50RD Christmas Special motorcycle (used/vintage condition), Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $17,500.00 (based on recent auction sales and current listing prices), plus a cash prize of $6,000.00, awarded together with the motorcycle as a single, indivisible prize package with a combined total value of $23,500.00. The cash and the motorcycle together constitute a single prize; they will not be split, and a winner may not elect to receive only one component. If the 7,500-copy threshold is not met by the outside date, Prize 3 will not be awarded to anyone.

Total maximum value of all prizes offered (motorcycles and cash combined): $44,000.00. Each ARV is Sponsor’s good-faith determination and is final; any difference between the Approximate Retail Value and the actual value of a prize (however determined) will not be awarded or paid to the winner. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of a prize, and no transfer of status as a winner, by a winner is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value (including a cash equivalent) if the advertised motorcycle becomes unavailable. For any prize motorcycle that is a used or vintage vehicle, Sponsor may award a comparable unit or a substitute of equal or greater value if the specific vehicle described becomes unavailable. All prize-related expenses not expressly stated as included — including licensing, registration, insurance, title, freight, and taxes — are the responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize package.

Each vehicle prize is awarded "AS IS," without any warranty or guarantee of any kind, express or implied (including as to mechanical condition, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose), and the winner assumes all risk relating to the prize after it is awarded. A vehicle prize may not meet the safety or emissions requirements of every state or locality; the winner is responsible for confirming and complying with applicable registration, inspection, safety, and emissions requirements before operating the vehicle.

Motorcycle License and Insurance. Winner must provide proof of a valid motorcycle license or a driver’s license bearing a valid motorcycle endorsement, together with proof of insurance, before taking possession of a motorcycle prize. This requirement applies only at the time of prize delivery and is not, and has never been, a condition of entry or eligibility to win. If a winner cannot provide the required proof within thirty (30) days of the winner verification described in Section 9, then Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, permit the winner to designate another individual to receive the entire prize package (motorcycle and cash together), provided that individual independently satisfies all eligibility, licensing, insurance, and tax requirements applicable to the original winner. No partial allocation of the prize package between the original winner and a designee is permitted; the prize package is awarded as a whole. Sponsor will not release a motorcycle prize to any person without proof of a valid motorcycle license or endorsement and proof of insurance.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIM

Potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided on the entrant’s mail-in card or, for purchase entries, the contact information associated with the qualifying purchase, within five (5) business days of the applicable drawing. A potential winner must respond within ten (10) business days of the first notification attempt. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond, is found ineligible, or declines, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Background Check. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require any potential winner and any guest or designee of a potential winner to consent to and pass a background check as a condition of receiving a prize. If a background check indicates, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, that a potential winner, guest, or designee poses a danger to any person or entity, or may harm the reputation of Sponsor, any person or entity associated with the Sweepstakes, or any promotional partner (including, without limitation, the author or any social media personality associated with the promotion), then Sponsor may disqualify that potential winner and select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries, or prohibit the guest or designee from receiving any portion of the prize. If a potential winner, guest, or designee refuses to consent to a background check, then Sponsor may disqualify that potential winner and select an alternate winner.

9. AFFIDAVIT, RELEASE & TAX REPORTING

As a condition of receiving any prize, a potential winner must complete, sign, and return within the stated period of ten (10) business days a combined Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (the publicity-release portion applying only where permitted by law), together with a completed IRS Form W-9 providing the winner’s Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN). Each prize package has a combined fair market value (motorcycle ARV plus cash) exceeding $5,000. Because each prize package includes a cash component, Sponsor will withhold from the cash portion of the prize package an amount equal to twenty-four percent (24%) of the total combined fair market value of the prize package (motorcycle ARV plus cash), and will remit the withheld amount to the Internal Revenue Service as required by Internal Revenue Code Section 3402(q). If the cash portion of the prize package is insufficient to cover the full withholding obligation, then the winner must pay the difference to Sponsor before Sponsor will release the motorcycle. Sponsor will report the full fair market value of each prize package on IRS Form 1099-MISC (or such other form as the IRS may require) and will furnish a copy to the winner. The winner is solely responsible for all resulting federal, state, and local taxes on the prize package, including any taxes in excess of the amount withheld. Sponsor makes no representation regarding the tax treatment of any prize and recommends that each winner consult a qualified tax advisor. A potential winner who fails to return the required documents, including a valid Form W-9, by the stated deadline may be disqualified and forfeit the prize, in which case Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. If a winner does not furnish a correct taxpayer identification number, then backup withholding at 24% will apply to the cash portion of the prize package regardless of the combined prize value. Where a Publicity Release is prohibited or restricted by the law of the winner’s state, publicity consent will not be required as a condition of winning.

10. PRIVACY & DATA

Information collected from entrants (including information on mail-in entry cards) is used to administer the Sweepstakes and is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at mysignedcopy.com/policies/privacy-policy. Entry does not require consent to receive marketing communications; any marketing opt-in is separate, voluntary, and not a condition of entry.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned due to causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control — including computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical failure that corrupts the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, or fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic or pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, or order of any court of competent jurisdiction — Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who: (i) tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (ii) acts in violation of these Official Rules; or (iii) acts with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and award the prizes from among eligible, non-suspect entries in a manner consistent with these Official Rules and applicable law. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.

12. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, each entrant agrees: (a) to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize — including operation of a motorcycle prize — including technical, printing, or administration errors, and injury or damage to persons or property; (b) to waive any right to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules; (c) to waive all rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against any of the Sweepstakes Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes; and (d) to forever and irrevocably indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties from and against any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) that may arise out of or relate to such entrant’s: (i) entry or participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) acceptance, possession, delivery of, inability to use, use, or misuse of any prize; or (iii) any breach of these Official Rules. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of the foregoing may not apply to a given entrant; nothing in these Rules limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. By participating, each entrant agrees that: (i) any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or connected to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any judicial proceeding shall take place exclusively in a state or federal court located in Harris County, Texas; (iii) any claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering, but in no event attorney's fees; and (iv) no entrant may obtain, and each entrant waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or any damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

14. SEVERABILITY

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect and be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained herein.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Official Rules contain the full and complete understanding between the parties with respect to the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written. These Official Rules may not be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. No oral statement, representation, or promise by any person will modify these Official Rules or create any obligation on the part of Sponsor. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
