Refund policy
We want you to have an exceptional customer experience and be happy with your purchase, but understand if you need to make a return. We will accept Single Purchase items and merchandise with original packaging for returns within 72 hours of the item being delivered. If you are unhappy with your purchase or believe there was a mistake, please contact Customer Service at info@mysignedcopy.com
Important Return Notes and Exceptions:
- Returned books and merchandise must be unused with the original packaging.
- Any item that has been used is NOT eligible for return.
- There is a $5 restocking fee.
- The original shipping charges are NOT refundable.
- Returns will receive a refund issued in the original form of payment.

Defective and Damaged Items
If any of your items arrive damaged, you have one (1) month from the time of purchase to contact us via info@mysignedcopy.com for assistance.
Please include a photo of the damage or defect.
Missing Items in Shipment
If you receive a package and there is a missing item, please contact us at info@mysignedcopy.com to properly handle your claim.
Lost or Stolen Shipments
